Return Policy

At Bix Bazaar, we offer a 5-day return window from the date you receive your order. You have 5 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned with original tags, packaging, and all accessories.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Personal care or hygiene items (if applicable)

  • Customized or special-order products

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@bixbazaar.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Returns must be approved before sending the product.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping charges and payment processing fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us at info@bixbazaar.com for exchange requests.
